World of Pandora Collection - Smokey Mountain Lacquers

Hello Loves!!!

I'm so excited to bring you this new collection from Smokey Mountain Lacquers. This 6 piece collection is inspired by the movie Avatar and the beautiful world of Pandora.

Avatar is one of my favorite movies and I was so excited when Kim said she was doing a collection inspired by it. This collection does not disappoint.

Now to the polishes!!!

Na'vi

This polish is a blue crelly with sapphire galaxy holo micro glitter and white sparkle.

You can purchase this polish in Full Size for $9 and in Mini for $7.

I show it here in three coats plus top coat.

The formula was really easy to work with and the glitters distributed evenly. This polish dried pretty quick and I was able to do things around the house within 10 min of finishing my mani. Definitely an A+ in my book.

Crellies are always hit or miss for me and this one was definitely a big hit. I love the depth that the micro glitter gives this polish and the blue of this polish is the perfect shade for any time of the year.

Direhorse

 

This polish is a dark brown crelly with UCC flakies that turn from gold to bronze to silver, green shimmer, and aqua shimmer.

This polish had great coverage even though it is a crelly formula. I probably would have been ok with just two medium coats. This polish also dried pretty quick which was a nice surprise.

 The flakies in this polish definitely made this polish pop. The shift is spectacular. Neutral colors are a favorite for fall and this is a must have for all collections.

Banshee

This is a turquoise crelly with UCC flakies that shift from teal to purple to blue.

The formula on this polish was a dream. I didn't have to dig for flakies and they settled down perfectly. I had no problem with the dry time on this polish either.

 This polish was super squishy looking and I loved the contrast of the flakies in the turquoise base. This was hands down my favorite polish from the whole collection.

Last Shadow

This is an orange crelly with gold shimmer and black holo micro glitter.

You can purchase this polish in Full Size for $8.50 and in Mini for $6.

The formula was really easy to work with and the glitter was not difficult. This did dry with a slight texture but the top coat helped smooth that out.

I'll admit, I was not much of an orange person. This polish has made me an orange lover. It not only is perfect for this month because of Halloween but it really is a nice shade for fall. 

Viperwolf

This is a black scattered holo with gold shimmer.

This polish was really easy to work with and it dried pretty fast. There are a few spots that look patchy but that is definitely not the polish. I forgot to put on a third coat before the top coat. This polish could have perfect coverage in two medium coats.

 This polish is my third favorite from the collection. I have always loved vampy shades and this one lands in that category. The holo is beautiful and in the sun this polish is to die for. This is very much a Fall shade and a must have.

Sky Cup

This is a blackened purple scattered holo with purple and red shimmer.

 You can purchase this polish in Full Size for $11 and in Mini for $7.

 

The formula and dry time were great just like all the other polishes. Dried smooth and a bit matte but the top coat brought the shine back. 

 I wore this polish for days because of how pretty it was. The shimmer is a nice touch to this purple base. I was able to get 5 days of wear and I only changed it because I had to swatch another polish. This polish would be great year round.
