Fall Indie Shop is 4 days away!
It's almost time for what will be an amazing event.
Halloween. Friday the 13th. Tim Burton.
In order to get you ready for this wicked fun event I interviewed another returning vendor to Indie Shop this Fall.
Let's welcome....
What is your name and where are you from?
My name is Cynthia Decker and I have lived very near to Madison WI, the state Capitol, for a number of years now but I was born & raised in the NW'burbs of Chicago.
Will this be your first Indie Shop? If yes, what are you excited about
or looking forward to? If not, what do you like about vending at Indie
Shop?
This will be our first Indie Shop, yes, but last year I did the Chicago Polish Con and IEC in Canada as well.
The
official theme for the event is Tim Burton/Halloween. Will you have any
Event Exclusives or Limited Editions for this event that follows the
theme?
Yes I do, just sent them to my reviewers yesterday! My movie is Abraham
Lincoln Vampire Hunter. I have a VIP bag exclusive and a show
exclusive as well. I will also be bringing as many Egos as I can as well as other products I
make such as soaps, dog shampoo, bath stuff, everything I can get done!
One of the themes for this event is Halloween. Do you liek Halloween?
I do but where we live we NEVER have gotten any treat or treaters. Our
'hood does not have sidewalks, the houses are kinda far apart and this
particular house is set back from the street, pretty scary from a kid's sight line! I do get some candy just in case because we do have some nice
apartments next to us and I always hope the little ones will see us out and
about in the yard and come over but they have not yet.
Is there anything else that you would like people to know about you or Alter Ego?
My own personal thought about making nail polish is there is a color/finish/ingredient for everyone! I try to touch all bases with mine and while I may offer the latest in trends when I make a polish I also realize just a bout every indie is doing that too so I don't knock myself out to do that. I don't like truly dis-continuing a particular Ego unless the colorant has become unavailable. I may be taking some of the site and rotating some in & out just for ease of looking but if I made it once and it wasn't promised to be a LE for a group/box/function it will always be available, just PM me on Facebook or email me at kasdec@live.com and I'll get you that wanted Ego.
