Today I have a review of a collaboration box that is so dear to my heart.
Not many are aware that September is Suicide Prevention Awareness month.
Sometimes in our life we go through rough times and at times we feel like we may never make it out of that rough spot. We feel lonely. We feel sad. We deal with these feelings differently, and the most devastating is when the choice is to take your life.
During these tough times, sometimes all we need is someone who is willing to be there for us without judgment. If you know someone who is going through a rough time or simply needs someone to be there for them, be that person. Don't judge them, just be there for them. You could be the difference in someone's decision, in someone's life.
As someone who suffers with depression and is a survivor, I am here to tell you things do get better. Though the darkness may seem to never end I promise that the light eventually does shine through. If you ever need to talk, if you need a listening ear, or if you need someone to tell you that they love you, I am here.
Speak Without Fear Collaboration Box
Sweet and Sour Lacquer, Zombie Claw Polish, Pretty Beautiful Unlimited, and Ribbitsstickits have teamed up to bring to you Speak Without Fear. Speak Without Fear is a collaboration box focused on bringing awareness to something that not many speak out about for fear of being judged. The goal is to make a difference and bring awareness to Suicide Prevention.
Stronger
This is Sweet & Sour Lacquer's contribution to the box along with a mini bottle of Gloss Sauce Top Coat.
This is a cobalt blue polish with blue shimmer throughout.

I'm normally not a very big fan of blue but this polish is stunning. The formula on this was great and it dried pretty fast which earns it bonus points in my box. The shimmer in this polish gives it a beautiful touch and really pulls the whole polish together. This didn't stain my nails or cuticles which was a good thing because I don't wear a base coat.
Brave
This is Zombie Claw's contribution to the box.
This is a purple jelly base that has micro glitter and copper to yellow flakies throughout.

I was definitely caught off guard by the fact that this was a jelly polish since it didn't look that way in the bottle. I did notice that the polish got a tiny bit on the thicker side since I had the bottle open and exposed to air but I still felt like application was smooth and dry time was good. I like that it had good coverage with three coats and I love the look the flakies give this polish.

This is Pretty Beautiful Unlimited's contribution to the box along with a mini bottle of Guardian, liquid latex, and butterfly glitter.
This is a white crelly filled with blue, orange, purple, and green round, square, and hex glitter in various sizes.

I have recently become a huge lover of crellies and this one is definitely another to add my my long list of favorites. I had absolutely no problem getting the glitters out and it gave great coverage with three coats. The various sizes of the glitters give this polish nice depth and looks so fun. Application was smooth and dry time was good as well. There was no issue with glitters sticking out and they all laid flat.
